These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Enzo Auto Service (“we”, “us”, “our”), including our automotive repair services and our SMS messaging program. By using our services or providing us your mobile number, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Enzo Auto Service is an automotive repair and detailing shop located at 880 Maguire Rd, Ocoee, FL 34761. We provide vehicle inspection, maintenance, repair, ceramic coating, and related services.

2. SMS Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number to Enzo Auto Service — in person, by phone, or through our online opt-in form — you consent to receive SMS text messages from us regarding: appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, follow-ups, and replies to questions you send us.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
The mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support our services (e.g., customer service or messaging delivery) is permitted. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for any other purpose.

3. How to Opt In

You can opt in to our SMS program by (a) signing the printed SMS Consent Form at our shop counter, (b) giving verbal consent during a phone call to +1 786 210 3706, or (c) submitting our online SMS opt-in form with the consent checkbox.

4. How to Opt Out

You may cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP we will send a confirmation message and will not send further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

5. Appointments & Payment

Appointments scheduled by phone or SMS are subject to availability. Estimates for repair work are provided after vehicle inspection. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enzo Auto Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or SMS program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the related service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The current version is always the one published at this page; the effective date is shown at the bottom.
